"Actually helped my aim, surprisingly enough"
I’ve been using my KontrolFreeks for a few weeks now, and annoyingly, they actually do make a difference. My aim feels smoother in FPS games, my thumbs aren’t slipping all over the place, and I guess it’s nice when a product does what it says it will for once.

It took me a day or two to stop feeling awkward with them, but now playing without them feels weird, so clearly they’ve ruined regular thumbsticks for me. Overall, happy with them, even if I didn’t want to admit they helped this much...

"Good packaging just a small dent"
I got my order from kontrolfreek.com and the packaging was fine for the most part. The box did have a little dent on one corner but everything inside was still in good shape so I wasn’t too worried about it. It was all sealed up and looked clean when I opened it. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the outside box felt a bit stronger but overall it showed up okay.

It took me a few games to really get used to it, but my aim does feel sorta steadier now. It’s not like it magically made me amazing or anything, but it definitely helps a bit in shooters

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered some thumbsticks and they got here faster than I thought they would. The tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up in good shape, which I appreciate because it’s nice when your stuff is handled with basic care. It took maybe a few days total, so not the fastest shipping I’ve ever had, but still really solid. I’d order again

"Feels Like a Solid Buy"
I feel good about this purchase. For the price, it’s comfortable and does what I needed it to do, so I don’t feel like I wasted my money. It just gives me that nice feeling of getting something worthwhile without overpaying

These took like maybe a minute to install, so that was nice. They fit well overall, I just kind of had to press them down a little harder to get them fully in place.

"Lately they’ve made my controller feel way better"
I put these on my controller recently, and my first impression has been solid. The grip feels a lot better than what I was using before, and my thumbs haven’t been slipping nearly as much during longer sessions. They were a little weird at first and took a bit to get used to, but now that I’ve played with them for a few days, they feel comfy. Right now I’d give them 4 stars

"Works with my controllers, right?"
I got these for my PS5 controller, but they actually fit my Xbox controller too with no issues, which was a nice surprise. They were easy to swap over and don’t have that weird loose feeling at all. Seems like a solid little upgrade to me

"Return was straightforward"
The return was easy enough, I guess. I did get my refund in the end, but it took a little longer than I expected. Maybe I was just being impatient, but I kept wondering if something had gone wrong.

"Support helped, but this was on them"
They did reply fast and got my order issue fixed, so I’ll give them that. But the problem shouldn’t have happened in the first place, and it was definitely on them. Glad it’s sorted, but I was annoyed I had to chase it at all.

I’ve been using them pretty much every day for months now, and they still look fine. I expected some wear by this point since I use them so much, so I guess that means they’re holding up really well.

"I’m kind of picky when it comes to..."
I’m kind of picky when it comes to my controller setup, so I was happy to find the thumbsticks I wanted quickly. They had way more choices than I expected, including different heights and colors, which was a nice surprise. I personally prefer having options so I can match my setup exactly, and this made it really easy to pick what felt right.

"Easy enough to use"
I was a little suspicious at first because some sites make it weirdly hard to find the right stuff, but the kontrolfreek site was actually simple. The filters helped me narrow down the thumbsticks fast, and checkout didn’t have any strange steps or confusing pages. It also worked fine on my phone, which I definitely appreciate.
